Yes. Ashford is a designated private training institution, regulated by the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) within the BC Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. Ashford offers programs across two areas of study: Childcare & Education, and Beauty & Aesthetics. They range from short technician certificates through to the 800-hour Master of Cosmetic Aesthetics diploma, with one course delivered fully online. View all programs →
Request information or submit a registration form, and an advisor will walk you through the requirements for your program. Most programs ask for a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent and English language proficiency sufficient to follow instruction. Some advanced programs have prerequisites, which are listed on each program page. See admission requirements →
New cohorts begin on the first of each month at both campuses. Once your registration is complete you can join the next available intake, so there are no fixed semester start dates to wait for.
Financial assistance may be available to eligible students and programs. Ashford is designated by StudentAid BC, so students in qualifying programs may be able to apply for provincial and federal student assistance, and interest-free installment plans are also offered.
